Ex-United Star Chicharito Resumes Goal Scoring Campaign As LA Galaxy Knock Out LAFC From Open Cup

Ex-United Star Chicharito has resumed goal scoring campaign after eight games without scoring in the Men’s League Soccer of the United States.

The Mexican, Javier Hernández found his way to the back of the net again on Wednesday night with LA Galaxy who knocked out LAFC in a duel of the Round of 16 of the Open Cup.

However, classic Chicharito made it 2-0 at the 57th minutes of the game  finishing off in the area with a sweep after a cross from Samuel Grandsir.

The hosts was leading with a goal from Kevin Cabral at 51 minutes, while Dejan Joveljic made it 3-0 at 81′, despite Ryan Hollingshead scoring for the visitors they were still knocked out of the tournament.

Finally, the scoreline ended 3-1 full-time at the Dignity Health sports-park.
